Cancellation Policy: At DP Aesthetics London, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We have a non refundable cancellation policy. We ask that you cancel your appointment 48-hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list that would love to come visit us. If you do not cancel ahead of the 48hours, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment.
No-Show Policy: At DP Aesthetics London, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 48 hour notice. If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price.
Late Policy: We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure full experience. If you are 10 or more minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment or will loose treatment time so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed.
Minor Policy: It is legal requirement that no persons under the age of 18 years old are allowed to have any injectable and or facial treatment.
We are unable to allow children due to insurance purposes. Please do not bring any children under 16 years old to your appointment.
We are located on the ground floor Holiday Inn Hotel, 1 Silvertown Way E16 1EA short walk from Canningtown Station. On site parking available subject to availability at a discounted rate of £3, payment for parking to be made at the reception desk as you enter.

This ensures a smooth, unhurried experience where your needs are fully addressed from start to finish, while maintaining efficient scheduling for upcoming appointments.*
